At That’s So Clean by Chlo, I value your time and appreciate your trust in my services. Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations and scheduling changes affect my ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for everyone, please review the policy below:

🔹 24-Hour Notice Required

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.

🔹 Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

If a client cancels on the same day, is not home, or cannot provide entry at the scheduled time:

  • A 100% service fee will be charged.

🔹 First-Time Courtesy

I understand that life happens.

  • Each new client receives one courtesy waiver of the cancellation fee per year for emergencies or unexpected events.

🔹 Illness or Emergency

If you or someone in your household is sick, please contact me as soon as possible.

  • Fees may be waived at my discretion for health or emergency situations.

🔹 Inclement Weather

If road or weather conditions are unsafe, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.

🔹 Rescheduling Requests

Rescheduling is always allowed with proper notice.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

🔹 Deposits (Optional to include)

For large cleanings (deep cleans, move-in/move-out), a non-refundable deposit of $150 may be required to secure the date.

  • I can continue providing reliable, quality service to each client
